ETube™ - Evacuated Tube Heat Pipe Collectors

 

Solar collector unit suitable for domestic hot water systems or space heating applications. Single or multiple collector installations possible.  System uses double-wall evacuated tubes, the inner tube with an Aluminum Nitride selective coating. The heat pipe is made from high-grade copper and the condenser is nickel-plated in order to eliminate fusing to the heat exchanger.

Lumos® ETube™ solar collectors carry a five-year warranty. Factory specification of 26,000 BTU's per day for a 20-Tube collector and 40,000 BTU’s per day for a 30-Tube collector (800 W/m2). In house side-by-side testing generated 45,000 BTU’s per day for a 20-Tube collector and 60,000 BTU’s per day for a 30-Tube collector (1300 W/m2 - Boulder, Colorado). SRCC OG-100 certifiied.
