PowerTainer

The Lumos PowerTainer is a fully autonomous, automatic, uninterrupted remote power supply. This TEU portable power station is ready for deployment anywhere in the world. The PowerTainer consists of a twenty foot equivalent intermodal transport unit (commonly referred to as a container) which ships with batteries, inverters, charge controllers, PV array mounting structure and PV panels. The PV mounting structure and PV panels can be deployed in one day.

The Lumos PowerTainer is a scalable power solution for when reliable energy is critical but grid power is not available.  Power output is scalable by varying the array size (7 kW Sanyo array pictured).  Local rebates for PV systems may apply. The Lumos PowerTainer is eligible for the 30% Federal Tax Credit.
