Lumos has been developing solar products since 2007. Its unique relationship with installers has provided a powerful feedback loop for the product development process. Due to this relationship, we say our products are “Designed by Installers for Installers”. Several of Lumos’ designers are NABCEP certified and work closely with installers, architects and developers nationwide so Lumos can provide solutions that meet the expectations of all parties involved.
Suppliers
Lumos requires every supplier to meet the highest standards for all products provided. Lumos audits all suppliers on strict quality assurance and social responsibility standards before any product is procured. Lumos works with suppliers domestically and abroad. Lumos is very proud to offer modules and racking made in the USA as well as overseas when necessary.
Distribution
Lumos distributes all of its products direct to installers out of warehouses in California, Colorado, Ohio and New Jersey. This 4-state presence allows for Just-In-Time (JIT) delivery nationwide. The nature of our business and the development process lends itself to direct to installer distribution. Since our products are “Designed by Installers For Installers," we value our direct to installer relationship. To sell Lumos products, all installers must be accepted as a Certified Lumos Installer.
