LSX seamlessly integrates into the headquarters of Ross & Baruzzini
Missouri native Brightergy gives Ross & Baruzzini a solar facelift with Lumos LSX
April 15, 2014 - With over 70% of its total state-wide solar capacity installed in 2013, Missouri is becoming a hotbed of solar installations in the U.S. So where else will we find more Lumos LSX being installed, but in St. Louis, MO at the headquarters for Ross & Baruzzini.
Ross & Baruzzini is a leading engineering & architectural planning, design and consulting company who specializes in finding solutions to facilities and infrastructure challenges in the higher education, government, healthcare, aviation and rail/transit industries. Ross & Baruzzini has crafted beautifully functional facilities around the U.S. that are eye catching and focus on the long-term use of the facilities.
At their headquarter facility, Ross & Baruzzini wanted to add in a new element to their building - solar. In exploring alternatives, the company chose to have an entry awning installed and worked with Missouri solar installer, Brightergy, to create the unique look they were looking for. Brightergy contacted Lumos for their LSX modules to achieve the architectural element they were looking for.
"We enjoyed working with Lumos to create an entry awning that speaks not only to the environmental mindset of our client but, more importantly, to their creativity and expertise as a firm," stated Cindy Bambini, Director of Business Development at Brightergy.
