October 1, 2013 - Installed by ElectroSolar during the warm months of August, the Quinta Monasterio Vineyard's Spa, called the Viniphera, received an artistic touch in the form of Lumos LSX solar panels. This unique custom canopy design will not only provide shade for the visitors of the Viniphera, but also provide electricity during the day.

The Quinta Monasterio Vineyard is located in the most important wine country in Mexico - the Valle de Guadalupe. The Quinta Monasterio was the dream of Reynaldo Rodriguez Jr. who joined forces with his winemaker father, Reynaldo Sr. to produce some of the finest wines in the area. Today, the father and son team continue to work their magic on these family-tended varietals to produce 5 unique wines.

The Viniphera is the pride and joy of Renaldo's wife, Alejandra Correa. The spa produces a special line of organic body products created using byproducts of the wine-making process, including exfoliants, lotions, moisturizers, scrubs and soaps that celebrate the vineyards.

To integrate this truly unique touch to the Viniphera, ElectroSolar consulted Lumos' Sales and Engineering teams to come up with a way to meet the 2-modules landscape orientation of the design. "Every customer is important to us. When ElectroSolar asked for assistance with the design of this project, I made every effort to exceed their expectations when it comes to customer service," stated Ryan Schaub, Lumos' Western Regional Sales Manager.
